Legal notice
This legal notice sets out what Crypto Loans HQ is: an introduction service that qualifies enquiries and presents them to third-party lenders and crypto OTC desks. It is not a lender, a desk, a custodian, an exchange, a broker-dealer or an adviser. Nothing published here is an offer, a solicitation or advice, and no introduction or loan is promised.
What this service is, and what it is not
Crypto Loans HQ introduces. It reads an enquiry against the criteria that third-party lenders and crypto OTC desks publish, presents the enquiry to firms whose criteria may fit, and stays with it while the parties document what they agree.
It is not a lender and does not lend its own money or anyone else's. It is not an OTC desk and does not quote prices, take the other side of a trade or hold a position. It is not a custodian, an exchange, a trading venue, a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a tax adviser, a law firm or an insurer. It does not accept, hold, transmit or control client money, client crypto assets, collateral or trade proceeds at any point.
Because it is none of those things, it cannot approve anything, cannot commit a lender or a desk, and cannot vary a term either of them sets. Where this site describes what a firm offers, it is reporting that firm's own published words, not making an offer of its own.
Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation or advice
Nothing on this website is an offer to lend, an offer to arrange a loan on particular terms, an invitation or inducement to enter into a loan, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, and nothing on it is a personal recommendation. No page takes account of your circumstances, your objectives or your capacity to bear a loss, because no page knows them.
The pages describe how crypto-backed loans and crypto OTC trades work in general terms, and what named firms publish about their own products. Borrowing against a crypto asset carries the risk of a margin call and the forced sale of the collateral, and a forced sale can be a taxable disposal. Take your own legal and tax advice before you borrow against, or sell, a crypto asset.
No introduction and no loan is promised
Sending an enquiry is not an application for a loan and not an order to trade. It does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to anything either.
There is no promise that an enquiry will be presented to any firm, that any firm will respond, that an introduction will be made, that a loan will be offered or made, that a trade will be quoted or executed, or that any of these will happen within any period. An enquiry may fit nothing that lenders and desks currently publish, in which case it goes no further. Working minimums of US$100,000 for a loan and US$250,000 for a crypto OTC trade are a filter, not a threshold that entitles anyone to an introduction. Eligibility is set out on who we work with, and the stages on how it works.
Third-party terms govern any loan or trade
Any loan or trade that follows an introduction is a contract between you and that lender or desk. Crypto Loans HQ is not a party to it, does not sign it, does not hold anything under it and has no authority to act as anyone's agent in it. Read that firm's own documents, and treat them, not this website, as the statement of what you are agreeing to.

Where this website is directed
This website is not directed at retail consumers in the United Kingdom, or at any person in a jurisdiction where the introductions it describes would be unlawful. That is the same sentence that appears in the footer of every page, and it is a placeholder: its final wording needs legal review and has not been settled.
Three things follow from it today. No page on this site targets a country, and none is published in any language other than English. Before an enquiry is presented to any lender or desk, we ask you to confirm that you are not a retail consumer in the United Kingdom and that the introduction is not unlawful where you live or where your organization is established. And if you are in a place where an introduction of this kind is restricted, it is your responsibility not to make one; this site cannot determine that for you.
Accuracy, and statements about named firms
Every page is written from primary sources and carries a published date and a last-reviewed date. Where a lender or a desk is named, the page states only what that firm published on its own pages or in a filing, with the month those pages were read. Those terms change without notice, and a firm may have changed them since. Verify anything that matters against the firm's current documents before you rely on it.
Nothing on this site ranks, rates, scores or recommends a firm, and no page presents a list of the strongest options in a market. Naming a firm implies no relationship with it, no panel membership and no endorsement either way. The full rules, including how corrections are handled, are in the editorial standards. The compensation model is disclosed on how we are paid.
Tables of published ranges carry the qualifier that goes with them: ranges lenders published as of September 2026; terms depend on the lender, the collateral and the borrower, and are set only by the lender.
Links to other websites
Outbound links on this site go to primary sources: regulators, tax authorities, statutes, court records, company filings and firms' own published pages. They are cited so that a reader can check a statement, not because the destination is endorsed. Crypto Loans HQ does not control those sites, is not responsible for their content or their availability, and does not warrant that a linked document is current.
Intellectual property
The text, the tables, the structure of the pages and the vault-dial mark on this site belong to Crypto Loans HQ, except where material is quoted and attributed to its source. Quoting a paragraph or a table with a link back is welcome, including by a search engine, an answer engine or a language model. Republishing a page in full, reproducing a substantial part of the site, or presenting this material as your own is not.
Words quoted from lenders, desks, regulators and courts belong to those sources and are reproduced here to report what they say, with a link to the original. The typeface used on the site is licensed under the SIL Open Font License and is served from this domain with its license file.
Limitation of liability
This website is published as general information and is used at your own risk. So far as the law allows, Crypto Loans HQ is not liable for any loss arising from a decision taken on the strength of something published here; from an introduction, or from the absence of one; or from any act or omission of a lender, a desk, a custodian or any other third party. That includes loss caused by a margin call, a forced liquidation, a failed or delayed settlement, or the insolvency of a counterparty.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
This section is not finished. Its final wording, the governing law of this notice and the courts that would hear a dispute have not been settled and are not stated here. Until they are, read this section as a statement of intent rather than a completed contractual term.
Who operates this site
This website does not name the operator of Crypto Loans HQ. There is no company name, company number, registered office, street address or telephone number anywhere on this site, and no individual is named as a principal, an author or a reviewer. Nothing invented stands in for any of them. If entity details are published in future, they appear on this page and in the footer of every page.
The same rule covers status. No license, registration, authorization or regulatory permission is claimed anywhere on this site, because none is claimed to exist. Whether the introductions described here require any of those, in any jurisdiction, is a legal question that this notice does not answer. Read that as an open gap, not as a claim that no registration is needed.
The one contact route is email: info@cryptoloanshq.com, for enquiries, questions about the service, a security report, or a message that misuses the Crypto Loans HQ name. Crypto Loans HQ never asks you to send crypto assets to it and never holds collateral or trade proceeds.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change, and the version in force is the one on this page. The published and last-reviewed dates at the top of the page record when it last did. A change to the jurisdiction statement, the limitation of liability or the entity details will be made here and in the footer of every page in the same change, because the footer carries the same statements.
How enquiry data is handled is set out separately in the privacy notice, and what the service does, in plain terms, on the about page.
Where to go next
For a holder weighing an enquiry, the two pages that say what this service actually does are how it works and how we are paid.
